Join the efforts of our active nonprofit organization with international programs that span the globe!

The Daniel Pearl Foundation was formed in memory of journalist and musician Daniel Pearl to further the ideals that inspired his life and work.

We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and responsible students and recent graduates interested in an unpaid intership in our Los Angeles office (on Westwood and Pico Blvd.), where we orchestrate international music, jounalism, and interfaith dialogue programs. One of the foundation's major upcoming programs is Daniel Pearl World Music Days to be held throughout October. As an intern, you would play an instrumental role in this awareness raising program to promote tolerance, respect for differences, and "Harmony for Humanity." Currently we are setting up research and outreach to musicians on a global scale, to invite their participation. Interns also work with our Daniel Pearl Youth News program which teaches the basics of journalism to high school and secondary school students.

This internship is a great way to gain exposure to the nonprofit environment and make a difference in this world.

Hours are flexible and applications are reviewed on a rolling process. Please send resume and avalibility to Dana Larkin - dana [at] danielpearl.org. DO NOT include a cover letter. Subject of email should be "(the season you would like to intern) Internship" - ex: Summer Internship.

Meet our interns!
